Step 1
Message us on WhatsApp to fix a weekly permanent slot for the classes.
Step 2
Complete the enrollment by paying the fee and submitting the enrollment form (All programs follow a standard 2-month payment cycle).
Step 3
Once enrolled, a BGMA instructor will be assigned to student and a free introductory class will be provided. The introductory class is a regular online class to kick-start learning from the basics for beginners, or from an appropriate Level/Module for experienced students.
*If for any reason you decide not to continue after the introductory class, you can cancel your enrollment and receive a full fee refund. No questions asked.
*The program is designed for older children and adults. The minimum age for enrollment is 10 years.

Program Overview

Level 1
(Beginner Intermediate)
Level 1 focuses on building foundational skills, such as proper breath control, pitch accuracy, and basic vocal techniques. Students learn how to use their voices safely while exploring various genres and styles.
Western Vocal Techniques & Exercises

Breathing & Posture: Learn diaphragmatic breathing techniques and proper posture to support vocal production, sustain long phrases and improve vocal consistency.

Warm-up: Incorporate daily vocal warm-up routines, including lip trills, sirens, and humming exercises to ensure vocal health and flexibility.

Pitch Control: Learn various pitch-matching exercises like solfege to build strong tonal accuracy and ear training.
Songs
The vocal repertoire provides students a great selection of contemporary songs to choose from chart topping artists, with the choice of songs including both male and female vocals. Students will focus on building foundational vocal techniques such as breath control, proper posture, and basic pitch accuracy. They'll learn to interpret simple songs, focusing on clear diction, tone quality, and developing an expressive vocal style.

Assessments
Throughout the program, the assessments at frequent intervals are designed to evaluate students performance by identifying specific areas for improvement and provide actionable steps for improvement.
Level 2
(Intermediate Advanced)
Level 2 is designed to refine techniques, enhance vocal range, and tackle more complex pieces. This level emphasizes advanced vocal techniques, performance skills, and interpretation, pushing students to develop a deeper understanding of their voice and musical expression.

Expanding Range: Develop both chest and head voice through exercises designed to safely extend the vocal range. Work on transitioning smoothly between different vocal registers (chest, mix, and head voice).

Advanced techniques: Develop the vibrato technique, falsetto, belting and other techniques with a focus on producing powerful, high notes safely and without strain. Focus on mastering dynamics, clear articulation and range extension.

Songs: The vocal repertoire at level 2 will provide students a deeper understanding of vocal technique by working on more complex songs across a variety of songs. This level will emphasize vocal agility, dynamic control, and emotional expression through song interpretation. Students will refine their skills in vocal range expansion, resonance, and advanced breathing techniques, allowing for more nuanced performances and the ability to handle challenging vocal passages.
